How To Make Grilled Chicken Tikka Recipe
Traditionally, chicken tikka is baked in a very clay kitchen appliance referred to as an oven, that primarily makes this formula a deboned chicken grill.
- 6 Pieces Chicken Legs or Thighs
- 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
- 2 tbsp Chili Powder
- 3 tbsp Lemon Juices
- 1/2 Cup Yogurt
- 1/2 tsp Yellow food colour
- Dry Roasted Cumin Seeds Crush
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 Cup Oil
In a large bowl add all chicken, add red chili, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice,yellow food color, cumin seeds, yogurt, salt, and oil, mix well and marinatetime 4 hour.After 4 hours I am using outside grilled b.b.q stand.Pierce the chicken legs on a skewer and turn over a fire or under a grill for 10 mins, cooking both the sides.Serve with yogurt sauce and tandoori naan.
