Shrimp Curry Recipe With Coconut Milk
- 500 g Shrimps / Prawn
- 3 Large Onion slice
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 3 green cardimons
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 6 green chili
- 1/2 cup oil
- salt to taste
- 3 tbsp chopped coriander
- Take a large pan to add 2 tbsp oil and adds all shrimps. lightly fry and take it
out all shrimps on the plate. keep it side.The same pan adds remaining oil add onion and fry until lightly golden and take it out all onion and make it paste with cardamons.And adds all onion paste add ginger garlic paste allspice powder,Salt saute 6,7 min. oil is coming out in masala add all fry shrimps and cook 4,5 min.Add coconut milk mix add some green chili, chopped coriander. Cook 6,7 min. Ready to eat shrimps curry serve with rice.
