Lemon and Rosemary Grilled Veggie Burgers
- 1 lemon, zested
- half onion, finely chopped
- Four cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 cups cannellini beans, drained and mashed
- 2 cups artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup fast oats
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt
- half teaspoon pepper
In a big mixing bowl, mix lemon zest, garlic, crushed cannellini beans, artichoke, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Saute onion (without oil) in a pan till golden brown and add to the beans and artichoke combination.
In a blender, pulse the oats just a few occasions then add to the mixture as well.
Using clean hands, mix all ingredients well, and kind into patties. Arrange on a tray lined with parchment paper, cowl, and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Place grilled greens in a serving bowl along with spinach, mint, shallots, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and remaining olive oil. Toss everything together. Serve instantly.
Creamy Herb and Spices Grilled Corn
What you want:
- eight cobs corn, husked
- 1 clove garlic
- half cup cilantro, chopped (divided)
- half cup uncooked cashews, soaked in a single day
- half cup water
- 1/Four cup fresh lime juice
- 1/Four cup dietary yeast
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/Four teaspoon black pepper
To put together the creamy sauce, mix garlic, 1/Four cup cilantro, cashews, water, lime juice, yeast, Dijon mustard, and black pepper in a blender or meals processor. Blend till combination is easy and creamy.
Grill corn on a pre-heated grill over medium-high heat for about 10 minutes or till cooked via. To serve, Place grilled corn on a plate and pour creamy sauce throughout.
Top with remaining coriander and black pepper black pepper.
