Best Freshwater Fish To Grill Recipe
Spicy Maple Grilled Salmon
- four salmon fillets
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- half of teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/four teaspoon salt
Stir together onion, garlic, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, maple syrup, olive oil, red pepper flakes, ground ginger, sesame oil, and salt in a bowl.
Place salmon fillets in a big resealable plastic bag then pour marinade over the fish. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
When prepared, remove fish from the bag and discard marinade. Cook salmon fillets skin side down on a pre-heated grill
Over high heat till cooked by, about 5 to 10 minutes. To serve, drizzle a slightly little bit of maple syrup on top if desired.
2 ) Grilled Tropical Tilapia Recipe
- 8 tilapia fillets
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cups cubed recent pineapple
- 1/four cup finely chopped green pepper
- 1/four cup minced fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons plus four teaspoons recent lime juice
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1/four teaspoon plus 1/eight teaspoon salt
- 1/eight teaspoon pepper
- Dash of cayenne pepper
Mix together onions, pineapple, green pepper, cilantro, four teaspoons lime juice, 1/eight teaspoon salt, and cayenne pepper in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate till able to serve.
In another bowl, stir together 2 tablespoons lime juice and canola oil then drizzle over tilapia fillets. Season with 1/four teaspoon salt and pepper.
Cook on a pre-heated grill, coated, for two to three minutes per side or until fish is cooked by. Top with pineapple mixture to serve.
3 ) Lemon and Ginger Grilled Halibut Recipe
- 4 halibut fillets
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- four teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
- Salt and pepper to style
- Lemon slices, for serving
Brush halibut fillets with lemon juice, sprinkle with minced ginger, and season with salt and pepper.
Cook on a pre-heated coated grill over medium heat, skin side down, for six to eight minutes or until cooked by. To serve, drizzle sesame oil and soy sauce over fillets then high with lemon slices.
