Chocolate Muffin

 250 ml buttermilk
 2 egg
 150 g unsalted butter, melted
 150 g plain flour
 2 tsp baking powder
 pinch of salt
 180 g caster sugar chocolate chips or chunks
 100 g walnut chopped

preheat the oven to 190C,375F, Gas 5 and fill a 12-hole muffin tin
put the buttermilk, egg, vanilla and melted butter into a large jug and whisk them together.
Next sift both flours, the baking powder, a pinch salt into a large bowl.
Stir in the sugar and make a well in the center of the dry ingredients.
Pour the buttermilk mixture into the well and stir the wet ingredient into the dry with a large spatula until they are only just combined.
Add the chocolate chips or chunks and walnut and fold them in with just a couple of strokes. Spoon the muffins mixture into the tin, Bake the muffin for 20 minutes until they are puffed up and golden.
