  • chicken or lamb mince .i’m using lamb mince 750g
  • red chili powder 1 teaspoon
  • green chili 4
  • ginger garlic paste 2tb
  • salt 1 teaspoon
  1. food processor and add all ingredients and chop make a smooth paste and make a round shape keep it side
  2. half cup oil add 3to4 tomato puree add ginger garlic red chili powder 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1 spoon salt teaspoon and mix all see the oil separate than add lamb kofta and 20 almond past cook 5 min and add 2 cups hot water and cook 10 to 15 min then add coriander leaves half cup ready to Badami kofta

    • olive oil
    • 6 spring onions, finely sliced
    • garlic clove, grated
    • 1 red chili, finely chopped
    • 250g tender stem broccoli
    • halved crossways
    • the handful of halved cherry tomatoes
    • 350g short pasta shapes
    • salt and pepper
    • parmesan, grated, to serve


  1. Heat the oven to 180C/Gas 4
  2. Heat a pan add olive oil ovenproof frying pan over a medium heat.
  3. Add spring onion and fry for a few minutes to soften a little, then add the garlic and chili and fry for a further minute until softened.
  4. Add broccoli, tomatoes, and seasoning, making sure the broccoli is coated in the chili.
  5. Place in the oven for about 5 minutes
  6. Bring a pan of water to the boil, add the pasta cook according to the packet instructions.
  7. Drain add the pasta to the broccoli and give everything a good mix.
  8. Serve with grated parmesan and black pepper.
